This scholarship was created in 2012 with a gift from the common estate of siblings Kathryn, Arnold, Martha and Lydia Willems in order to further equip missions-minded students for the spread of the gospel. Martha served the Lord in the Congo, and Kathryn focused on the work of Bible translation. The scholarship is paid from earnings received from their endowment at the MB Foundation, approximately $500 annually.
Eligibility
- Applicants must be enrolled at Fresno Pacific Biblical Seminary;
- Must maintain a minimum of 3.0 cumulative GPA;
- Preference given to students pursuing foreign missions or pastoral ministry;
- Applicant's personal character should reflect the moral and ethical standards of the seminary.
Letter of Recommendation Requirement
This scholarship does not require a letter of recommendation.
