The Penner Music Scholarship is a memorial scholarship set up in honor of Lois Penner who passed away in August 1976. She was a music teacher and played the piano and organ all her life for the MB Church and wanted to help young music students to receive financial help in a form of assistance to their tuition costs while in music training at college.
Eligibility
- Preference given to relatives of Lois Penner
- Must be enrolled in a music program
- Student applicants who demonstrate financial need
- Must meet NCAA Division II regulations for scholarships if a student athlete
- Demonstrates sufficient academic ability to complete a full course of study at Fresno Pacific University
Letter of Recommendation Requirement
This scholarship does not require a letter of recommendation.
