This scholarship was established in 2015 by Charles William Henry the beloved husband of Frances. Frances received her BA in 1968 from FPU. She went on to receive her teaching credential. Frances had a genuine love for children. She loved the Lord and served Him with all her heart. She served many years as the coordinator of the Bible clubs for The Peoples "Church and played a key part in writing the training manual. Frances loved children and had a strong desire to share the gospel of Christ with them.
Eligibility
- Preference shall be given to Credential Program student applicants;
- Student applicants with a 3.5 or higher CUM GPA;
- Student applicants who show a genuine love for children;
- Students whose personal character reflects the moral and ethical standards of FPU.
Letter of Recommendation Requirement
This scholarship does not require a letter of recommendation.
