Ross McNeely Memorial Annual Scholarship

The Ross McNeely Memorial Annual Scholarship was established in July 2012 through gifts given to the university in memory of their friend and loved one. This scholarship is to honor the memory of the quiet courage and strength of character Ross so generously possessed. Ross lived with purpose. He thanked God for the time he had been given and attempted to make the most of it. He made us laugh and let each of us know we were important to him.

His widow, Connie, began her employment in 2006 with the university as an Administrative Assistant for Advancement Services. Ross had the privilege the last two years of his life to be employed as the Asset Manager for the FPU Foundation. He came to love the university and thoroughly enjoyed becoming acquainted with the student employees in the Advancement Office.
